The Bad Hour

My a cappella group produces a short film every spring, but this one was by far our most ambitious. My writing partner (Matthew Polson) and I spent an ungodly amount of hours writing, filming, and editing this as a passion project that doubled as a way for us to improve at storytelling in a visual medium.

THE RAT KINGS

My a cappella group’s 30th anniversary short film. Major technical issues (stemming from faulty university equipment) plagued the shoot, but with an extensive, arduous post-production phase, we managed to scrape together a tight, camp, lighthearted hero’s journey.

Stand-Up Comedy

This is me being funny at the Arellano Theater at Johns Hopkins University. I’m dressed as (a poor man’s version of) Howl from Howl’s Moving Castle. My finger is also incredibly wounded— a concept that will become clear in the video.
